What do I Receive After Purchase?

Each package comes complete with a range of fully completed documents specific to the industry sector you have chosen. The product pages provide more details on the services offered.

Apart from the actual planning document you'll also receive the following:

Can I Edit the Documents Myself?

Yes, you can edit any document for your specific requirements. We primarily use Microsoft Word and Excel software for our product development.

I Have a Mac, Can I Use Your Products?

So long as you have MS Word and Excel you can use these products on a Mac computer.

Where can I Log in and Download After my Purchase?

You can log into your account after your purchasing is complete using the username and password you created when you purchased. If you've forgotten your details, please go to the login page to retrieve them. Go straight to our login page here.

How Do I Recover my Password?

I Can't Access Some Files

For Microsoft files, please try and save them to your computer disk and then open the files you have saved.

If you're having trouble with the Adobe files, you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe Acrobat. You can do this by following the link on the download page at the bottom or go to the Adobe website.

Can I Order by Post?

Currently, we only deliver our products directly via the internet and don't offer postal services. This process keeps our costs low, and we can pass these savings onto you.

Guarantees and Refunds

We'll refund the purchase price if you use our products, and they don't work for you. Please use our contact form to instigate the process. Be sure to quote your order reference. Any refunds made will be less the Worldpay transaction fees (as we do not get them refunded) and an administration fee.

Chargebacks

Please do not initiate a chargeback against our company as these are expensive to administer. If you have questions, please contact us in the first instance.

We consider unjustified chargebacks for services as theft, and this increased our prices as we incur additional charges from the credit card companies.

If you do initiate a chargeback, there'll be a £27 charge you need to pay to cover our additional costs. We send any chargeback fees, past due fees, and costs to our collections department. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies and Host Abuse.
