Where can I log in and download after my purchase ?

Log in to your account after your purchasing is complete using the username and password you created when you purchased. If you have forgotten your details please go to the login page to retrieve them. Go straight to our login page here

I've lost my password

I can't access some files

If you are having trouble with the Adobe files, you may need to upgrade your version of Adobe. You can do this for free by following the link on the page at the bottom.

Can I order by post ?

Currently we only deliver our products directly via the internet. This keeps our costs low and we can pass these savings onto you.

About refunds

We only refund if you use our products and they do not work for you. Please use our contact form to instigate the process. Be sure to quote your order reference. Any refunds made will be less the Worldpay transaction fees (as we do not get them refunded) and an administration fee.

Chargebacks

Please do not initiate a chargeback against our company. Undeserved chargebacks for services received are considered as theft and pushes up our prices as we incur additional charges from the credit card companies.

If you do initiate a chargeback there will be a £27 charge you need to pay to cover our additional costs. Any chargeback fees, past due fees and costs will be sent to collections. If our collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to all available credit reporting agencies and Host Abuse.
